Fannin County Electric Cooperative, located in Bonham, TX, selects T&D PowerSkills Hybrid Package: Instructor-led and Learning Management System, to help support their lineworker apprenticeship training program. FCEC serves rural residents of Fannin, Grayson, Hunt, Lamar and Collin counties in North Texas.
